UNWIND WITH REFLEXOLOGY 60 MIN £50
On a very basic level Reflexology is an art of relaxation. If you wish to pumper yourself just by throwing your shoes off, putting your feet up and allowing me to take over, you are welcome to book a 60 minutes session which includes hot towel compress and a full Reflexology session complemented with the gentle effleurage and breathing exercise. At the end of your session I can show you some basic reflex points which you can gently stimulate in the evening if you wish to unwind and aid a better night sleep

PREGNANCY AND NATURAL LABOUR REFLEXOLOGY 60 MIN: £60 AND EACH FOLLOW-UP £45
I can start the treatment from the end of your third trimester and accompany you on this beautiful journey throughout the rest of your pregnancy to aid the most natural delivery
FACE YOGA AND AROMATHERAPY: INDIVIDUALLY PRICED
I can show you some basic Face Yoga exercises for your benefit at a little extra fee or offer you the foot or hand reflexology treatment with the use of essential oils of your choice (small fee applies) or prepare a cosmetic of your choice with the use of essential oils (fees apply, please ask for details)
