"Gosia's therapy took me into my own body by drawing that astonishing foot map. It pushed me to channel my deepest, most authentic emotions. I could feel the tightness in my back and neck and the arthiritis in my left knee. I had a sense of opening, energy moving and letting go. The body knows.
